Martin Kowalewski

Biography

Martin M Kowalewski currently works at the Estacion Biologica Corrientes, CECOAL (Centro de Ecologia Aplicada del Litoral)- CONICET-UNNE. Martin does research in Zoology, Evolutionary Biology and Parasitology. Their current project is 'Ecology and Epidemiology of Emerging Wildlife-Borne Diseases in the Tropics'.

Research Interests

I primarily do research on primate behavioral ecology, infectious disease dynamics, tropical forest ecosystems, foraging, mating systems, and primate conservation. My main interest is to understand demographic processes, population dynamics and conservation of  medium size mammals and their habitat. My main study sites are located in Northern Argentina and Paraguay.
