Biography
Henrique (he/him) is an international student from Brazil. He holds a Bachelor's Degree and Teaching License in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo. Between 2022 and 2024, he was member of the editorial board of Primeiros Estudos, a social sciences academic journal, and was responsible for recreating the journal's visual identity. In 2023 he was Text/Poetry Finalist of the 30th Nascente USP (the University of São Paulo's yearly cultural contest). Henrique is currently a PhD student of Anthropology at UIUC and a Werner Baer Doctoral Fellow at UIUC's Lemann Center for Brazilian Studies.
