In a thought-provoking piece published this morning on the Hill, Professor Desmond of Anthropology suggests it may be time to cut down on fireworks noise. This is the fourth and final Op Ed from Professor Desmond with The Hill. The series resulted from her UIUC Public Voices Fellowship this year. You can read it here.
