Please join the Illinois State Archaeological Survey for their fourth annual spring virtual speaker series, the Collaborative Research Speaker Series, hosted by the Illinois State Archaeological Survey’s Collaborative Research Engagement Section and the Office of the State Archaeologist. This year, the series focuses on collaborative research projects, highlighting the success and positive impacts of projects that feature respectful and reciprocal partnerships. The speakers and their projects serve as models of the transformative work that results when people work together with the communities their work serves.
The virtual seminars are open to all and are sure to be of particular interest to students, professionals, and the public interested in archaeology, anthropology, history, historic preservation, and museum studies.
