- Public Service Archaeology & Architecture Program (PSAAP) is a full-service cultural resource management and research program sponsored by the Department of Anthropology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
- Illinois State Archaeological Survey (ISAS) (formerly called the Illinois Transportation Archaeological Research Program (ITARP)) is a joint program of the University of Illinois, the Institute for Natural Resource Sustainabiligy, and the Illinois Department of Transportation for the preservation and protection of Illinois' historic and archaeological resources.
